We went there this last April. We loved the water views but where not crazy about the road to get there. Service was amazing so was the food. Their chef is really good. Overall a very nice experience and a very quiet spot. Would definitely visit again.
Went to dinner here with friends. We were not guests at the hotel. The view: AMAZING! I really enjoyed the view. Couldn't stop saying "wow". The hotel grounds is super cute. I totally want to experience a weekend getaway here. Service: We ordered our drinks, appetizer and dinner at once. The appetizer came out first. Then the dinner. Then the drinks. And we waited a while. At least we were served water first as we were waiting. Food: menu had a decent selection. I ordered the filete (beef) in a red wine reduction sauce. It was ok. Will I come back? Definitely for the view and who knows! Maybe I'll get my drink first next time.
The face and attitude of the front desk employee should always be pleasant and welcoming to every customer. Angelica at your facility has poor customer service skills, she was unpleasant, uneducated and needs to be disciplined and taught not to meddle in any customer/family’s personal matter. Awful welcoming experience.
Pet-friendly hotel, quiet remote location with excellent ocean views. The food was very good. Service was great, everyone that we saw and spoke to was friendly, helpful and very hard-working. The water pressure was very low and the bathroom needs updating but everything else is well-maintained.
